Kate is a Postdoc Research Fellow examining attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, particularly in females. She will use her Fellowship to undertake further studies designed to improve the dissemination of the latest ADHD research to those studying Psychology. Kate wants to inspire her students to develop a passion for neurodevelopment research and help them build resilience by seeking out challenging research questions. Through her work, she can build connections with world-leading researchers who will help with further research into girls with ADHD. The benefits? Greater awareness and deeper understanding of this disorder which can be misdiagnosed in females. |
